Microbiota composition in two mouse lines divergently selected for birthweight environmental variability.

The goal is to assess the impact of divergent genetic selection performed on a mouse population for birthweight environmental variability (https://www.ucm.es/otri/complutransfer-lineas-de-raton-de-laboratorio-divergentes-para-homogeneidad-y-robustez). The dataset includes 16S rRNA gene sequencing data obtained from individuals of this population, developed as a model organism for studying genetic selection in animal breeding programs.
