(A) Proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells treated with 0–40 ng/ml activin A for 24 h was determined by using the cell counting kit-8. Absorbance was detected at 450 nm to express the cell viabilities. *P<0.05 compared with 0 controls. (B) A549 cells were incubated in the presence of 0–20 ng/ml activin A (□) or 1 µg/ml anti-FST monoclonal antibody + 0–20 ng/ml activin A (▪).*P<0.05, compared with activin A group and 0 control.
