RSKGD-NYC-MY: A Multi-Year Urban Crash–Vehicle–Person Knowledge Graph Benchmark

RSKGD-NYC-MY is an independently curated multi-year New York City road-safety knowledge graph benchmark derived from public crash, vehicle, and person records, with publication-facing data tables, heterogeneous graph partitions, schemas, data dictionaries, provenance metadata, validation manifests, benchmark task definitions, and split specifications. The repository is designed to support urban crash–vehicle–person graph analysis, role-specific harm benchmarking, temporal-transfer evaluation, geocoding uncertainty sensitivity, and later structured-kernel research. It is an independent dataset release. The earlier RSKGD-FL-2018 dataset is cited as a methodological and structural reference, not as a parent version of this record.
