In 2023, the carbon emissions of the two sources decreased slightly compared to the previous year. Scope 2 was the biggest emitter that year, with 275 metric tons of CO2 equivalent. Scope 2 emissions are indirect carbon emissions generated by purchased energy such as electricity, heating, and cooling from a third-party provider.
