LC-MS/MS raw data

Raw data of lipidome from 6-week leaves and metabolites from 6-week leaves or purified chloroplasts acquired with the protocol supplied with the method involved in this study. Data files contain both full technical replicates for evaluation of the protocol performance, and LC-MS/MS replicates for evaluating the performance of the LC-MS/MS platform and acquisition strategy. In these data files, “Sample01-05” represents the five repeats of wild-type, “Sample06-10” represents the five repeats of OE13, “Sample11-15” represents the five repeats of OE14, “Sample16-20” represents the five repeats of OE22, “Sample21-25” represents the five repeats of OE23, “Sample26-30” represents the five repeats of M55, and “Sample31-35” represents the five repeats of M56.
