We demonstrate how both the Higgs mechanism and dark matter emerge naturally from the geometry ofd = 6 Ramanujan graphs in twistor network theory. The model predicts: (1) a Higgs boson mass mH = 125 GeV from determinant fluctuations of the twistor matrix, (2) an axion-like dark matter particle with mass mDM ≈ 10−3 eV as a topological defect, and (3) correct abundance ratios ΩDM/Ωb through graph spectral properties. All parameters derive from the fundamental length scale ℓ = κ 1/2 ≈ 10−18 m
