The sequencing data were obtained by 16S sequencing after different concentrations of exogenous GABA were added to the cadmium-contaminated soil to extract DNA from the rhizosphere soil of Coreopsis grandiflora, in order to understand how plant rhizosphere soil bacteria respond to changes in soil microenvironment, thus affecting plant growth and uptake of cadmium.
