persist-sciex-data

**persist-sciex-data** is a compilation of data from existing reviews and other papers on inactivation of viruses. This repository contains datasets in the following categories: 1. **cfs**: coagulation/flocculation/sedimentation water treatment2. **loss_survival**: inactivation of viruses in water and air through natural decay under varying environmental conditions3. **uv**: UV disinfection This is an iteratively updated database of observations, manually curated, housed at GitHub (https://github.com/NSF-COMPASS-Center/persist-sciex-data). Each **ground_truth.csv** file contains data points. The **data_dictionary.json** file with the matching prefix explains the data in the matching ground truth file.
