Material Knowledge Graph

Material Knowledge Graph (MKG) is a dynamic knowledge graph of general materials obtained through large language models and natural language processing techniques. It currently contains 184826 entities and 865083 triples from 150000 peer-reviewed functional material papers. The ontology design includes names, formulas, acronyms, descriptors, structures/phases, characterization methods, synthesis methods, properties, domains, and applications. Each node is connected to sources, the intersection of their source neighbor nodes can be used to find the source of entities and relations.
