Dataset for testing galEupy performance

This dataset contains the genome assemblies and annotation files used to evaluate the performance of galEupy, a relational genome data management framework. The archive includes: Genome FASTA files Corresponding GFF3 annotation files EggNOG-mapper functional annotation outputs Configuration templates used for ingestion The dataset comprises 13 fungal and oomycete genomes with varying genome sizes, gene counts, and scaffold fragmentation levels. These datasets were used to measure schema initialization time, genome ingestion performance, and database indexing duration as reported in the manuscript. All genomes included in this archive are publicly available from their respective primary repositories.
