Supplementary spreadsheet for: GLP-1 receptor agonists and food-system impacts

This dataset contains a spreadsheet-based model used to analyse potential food-system impacts associated with the uptake of GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RA). The spreadsheet includes model inputs, associated references, and outputs corresponding to the five scenarios explored in the accompanying manuscript “GLP-1 receptor agonists and food systems: do we know enough?”, currently under review. The data are provided to support transparency and reproducibility of the analysis. All values should be interpreted in the context of the modelling framework and assumptions described in the manuscript. The spreadsheet can be used to conduct sensitivity analyses of emissions outcomes, including assumptions related to footprint-per-dollar (or pound) factors, spending patterns, changes in food waste associated with GLP-1 RA use, and energy-deficit assumptions based on population characteristics and uptake rates.
