Morphological profiles of U-2 OS cells perturbed with perturbations of cDNA-mediated overexpression. This is a re-processed version of data published in:<br>Rohban, M. Systematic morphological profiling of human gene and allele function via Cell Painting. <i>eLife</i>, <i>6</i>, e24060. https://doi.org/10/ghkrp7<br>The data provided here has been reprocessed by combining data from the provided sqlite databases and csv files into a <code>h5ad</code> AnnData file, which can be read in with the AnnData Python package (documentation available here).Morphological profiles are present in the AnnData's <code>X</code> slot, other features that do not quantify a single cell's morphology directly are placed in <code>obsm</code>.Two versions of the data are available: the full data and a subsample in which only two DMSO wells and two C-EBP alpha wells were kept.Additionally, image-level data that can be used for quality control is provided, also as AnnData file.The processing was performed by Jesko Wagner who claims no authorship of the data.
