microsporidian protein families

The file mcl_clusters_with_microsporidia.txt contains a list of microsporidian protein families. The data is part of the publication entitled:

The data file is tab-delimited. Each line represents a cluster of homologous proteins, where the first column denotes family names.

Protein members in each family are listed from the second columns onward. An ID for each protein sequence member begins with 4 letters denoting the species coding that sequence, followed by a sequence identifier from relevant database.

For example,
encu_19074370_ref_NP_585876_1_

The first 4 letters denote an abbreviation of species encoding that sequence. In this case 'encu' denotes E. cuniculi. A full list of species abbreviations can be found below.
19074370 is the sequence NCBI GI number.
NP_585876 is the sequence RefSeq accession number.
