We sequenced 71 Brettanomyces bruxellensis strains using long- and short-read sequencing methods to study the genomic architecture of isolates from different ecological origins. Long-read sequencing was realized using the Oxford Nanopore Sequencing strategy (MinION) and short-read seqeuencing using 75 PE (Illumina).
