Output, capital, labour and energy data for nested CES parametrisation per MERGE region 1992-2023

v2 Updated capital stock from World Bank's gross capital stock formation to the Pennrose World Tables (PWT)' capital stock in 2021 USD PPP. In some cases, the WBG GDP exists for countries but there is no capital stock from PWT. We interpolated these capital values based on the capital-to-GDP ratio of the MERGE region they belong to. This results in an interpolation of country capital stock values of around 0.32% of total capital stock data. It is more relevant for small countries. Also expanded the dataset from 2000-2022 to 1992-2023 to reflect the latest data. We limit to 1992 because energy statistics before that are not as accurate.
