To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the response of the silkworm (Bombyx mori) to the fungal toxin Beauvericin (BEA), we conducted a comparative transcriptome analysis. Whole larvae were collected at 24 hours post-injection with Beauvericin (BEA), with three biological replicates per group. The study aims to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and elucidate the key detoxification and immune-related signaling pathways activated by BEA exposure.
