Stage-specific miRNA expression profiling during menstrual cycle in endometriosis and non-endometriosis patients

The aim of this research was to determined the plasma miRNA expresion profile in each stage of the endometriosis during menstrual cycle. Overall design: According to clinical findings, stage, and phase of sampling, all volunteers were divided into six symmetric subgroups (P1,P2,P3,P4,P5 and P6), each containing 5 patients. Similarly, healthy subjects were classified into three subgroups (N1,N2 and N3) according to their phase of sampling
