The price of 1 kg of strawberries in Matsumoto City is 186 yen higher than the national average. Over the period from January 2015 to May 2024 (a span of 59 months), the highest price for strawberries at local supermarkets was recorded in December 2023 at 2,857 yen, while the lowest price was in April 2015 at 1,698 yen. The price difference between the peak and lowest price periods for strawberries in the Matsumoto area, with the highest price being in December 2023 and the lowest in April 2015, is 186 yen.
