Urbanisation shifts immunometabolism in a common bumblebee

These files include data used in the article titled: "Urbanisation shifts immunometabolism in a common bumblebee". Data files are .csv with comma-separated values, and include gene expression ratio (Ct ratio to 2 reference genes), and pathogen loads measured in 7 bumblebees collected par site. Virus loads are estimated by the standardized numbers of genome copies, while Apicystis load is estimated by the standardized expression of an Apicystis housekeeping gene. The .txt file describes the extensive names of the genes.
