Rural women participating in online vocational tourism training programs in Vietnam

The dataset used in this study was collected through a structured questionnaire survey administered to rural women participating in online vocational tourism training programs in southern Vietnam. The survey captured responses across multiple constructs, including digital accessibility, self-efficacy, learning engagement, social support, and digital work outcomes.A total of 390 valid responses were obtained after data screening. Each construct was measured using multiple formative or reflective indicators based on prior validated scales, adapted to the local context through expert consultation and pilot testing. The dataset includes demographic variables (e.g., age, education, occupation, income level, and training participation status), as well as all latent variable indicators used in the PLS-SEM analysis.All responses were anonymised prior to analysis to ensure participant confidentiality and compliance with ethical research standards. The dataset was analysed using SmartPLS 4.0, with a focus on measurement validation, structural path analysis, and moderation effects.
