We want to identify the percentage of knock-in of a certain tag inside the beta-actin protein. We do this with and without co-transfection with an oubain resistence.
Conclusion:
Doing a co-transfection with an oubain resistence gene enhance the knock-in efficiency. We added non transfectect parental cells as a control.
