Transcriptomic resource for 49 northern koalas using RNAseq

This data is used to validate gene transcription results from non-sequencing technology and to perform preliminary differential gene expression analysis in koalas with varying clinical and infection status. Koalas are wild and were rescued and admitted to hospitals in Queensland and New South Wales, Australia.
