资源简介:
This study aims to compare bacterial diversity in the roots of wheat plants grown in seleniferous and non-seleniferous soil to ascertain whether identical bacterial populations are present in both root samples. The findings highlight the necessity of employing multiple biodiversity metrics to evaluate the impact of selenium on soil microbiomes fully. Notably, the consistent predominance of Proteobacteria across all samples demonstrates its adaptability to diverse environmental conditions.Future research should explore the functional roles of specific taxa identified in selenium-enriched samples and examine their implications for plant-microbe interactions. This investigation provides a comprehensive understanding of the microbial diversity present in roots of wheat plants in both seleniferous and non-seleniferous areas. Additionally, bacterial-assisted phytoremediation has gained attention due to its cost-effective and environmentally sustainable attributes
