Identifying States of Collateral Sensitivity During the Evolution of Therapy Resistance in Ewing’s Sarcoma Poster for 2019 AACR

Two Ewing's sarcoma cell lines were evolved in the standard chemotherapy treatment given to patients. After each dose of chemotherapy treatment, drug sensitivity profiles were captured on each cell line to the individual treatment drugs and new drugs to determine if collateral sensitivity (CS) is present (CS us where evolved resistance to one drug confers sensitivity to another). This data identified potentially more optimal treatment times and chemotherapies than the standard treatment regime.
