资源简介:
This dataset, created by Dr. Feng from the College of Environmental Science and Engineering at Tongji University, summarizes experimental results and literature survey data. The dataset focuses on assessing the response of cyanobacteria to varying concentrations of antibiotics and compares the unicellular and colonial morphotypes. The dataset includes a preview file to help understand its structure, as well as metadata files (Metadata01 - Metadata04) that provide information on each data file (Data01 - Data04). The metadata files contain details such as the number of columns, parameter names and units, and necessary descriptions. Data04 specifically refers to a literature survey conducted by the author, and the links to the references have been submitted during the upload process. The literature survey was conducted on April 24, 2023 using the databases of Web of Science (www.webofscience.com) and X-MOL (https://www.x-mol.com/). The survey yielded a total of 23 papers that were included in this study. The information on Microcystis strain, morphology type, specific growth rate, antibiotic level, solvent of the intermediate solution and other culture conditions were obtained from various sources. The average values of antibiotic concentration and growth rate (or cell concentration) were primarily extracted from the texts, figures and tables presented in the results section of these literature sources. The data from figures was extracted using the human-computer interaction method and the image digitization tool of Origin 2018C (OriginLab, Northampton, USA). Update Description:Version 2: The author has added more information about the culture conditions of the exposure tests, including light intensity, temperature, and day-night ratio. The definition of relative response (RR) has been updated, and an INDICATOR has been included to indicate whether RR was calculated based on growth rate or biomass. As a result, the author has updated the files Data04 (Antibiotic_Colony_vs_sjngle cell).xlsx and Metadata04 (Antibiotic_Colony_vs_sjngle cell).xlsxVersion 3: The data of growth rate (MIU) gathered in REF_NUM 17 in the Data04 (Antibiotic_Colony_vs_sjngle cell).xlsx has been corrected. The REF_NUM 17, titled 'Responses of cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosa under single and repeated ofloxacin exposure', contains overlapping data points, making it difficult to differentiate between each group. As a result, the author was unable to accurately extract cell numbers for calculating the growth rate. Only the RR in biomass was calculated based on the subgraph of Fig. 1 in REF_NUM 17.
