RotterdamHaz: an open benchmark dataset for hazmat road transport risk

This dataset archive provides RotterdamHaz, an open benchmark dataset for hazmat road transport risk in the Rotterdam–Rijnmond area. It accompanies the manuscript A hazardous materials road transport risk dataset for the Rotterdam–Rijnmond port and industrial area. The deposit contains a directed OSM road network (35,843 nodes, 80,277 arcs) with ADR tunnel categories, Basisnet sections and the A24 toll, per-arc release frequencies (BRON, CBS, RBM II), CBS 100 m population rasters, arc-to-cell impact sets for four substances, gravity-model OD demand calibrated and cross-validated against Rijkswaterstaat VGS dangerous-goods counts, problem instances, baselines, QA and build code. OD matrices of 5 MB or larger are not included. Licences: database ODbL 1.0; rasters, parameters and documentation CC BY 4.0; code MIT (see LICENSES.md). Facilities are pseudonymised.
