Skipping meiosis facilitates clonal reproduction and polyploid genome design in tomato hybrids

Short-read DNA sequencing was performed on the offspring of hybrid tomato samples where meiosis had been turned into mitosis. The data was used to check for meiotic recombination (using allele frequencies) and aneuploidy (genome coverage analysis). This project also includes short read data for the tomato accession MbTMV generated on an MGI platform.
