为确保三相异步电机在实际应用过程中稳定运行,需要对电机进行负载测试,检测项目包括负载电流,负载电流过大会引发电机过热,绕组短路断路等故障问题。本数据通过检测计算三相异步电机在负载状态下的负载电流,比对企业生产合格标准,判断生产的电机是否符合企业技术要求或有关国家标准,减少电机故障几率,保证电机稳定安全运行。1、数据采集:从企业生产的三相异步电机中随机抽选样机,标注样品序号和样品名称,并检测所需数值,;2、数据检测:检测三相异步电机的各项数据,包括电机输出功率P,负载线电压U,功率因数cosφ和电机传动效率η;3、数据处理:将检测得到的数据进行归集,由电机传动效率公式:η=P/(√3*U*I*cosφ),易推导得出电机在负载状态下,负载电流I=P/(√3*U*cosφ*η),将计算得出的负载电流与企业技术规范进行比对,若负载电流I<=合格标准值,则该电机产品符合企业生产合格标准;反之则不符合;4、数据应用:负载电流测试对于三相异步电机的正常运行和维护具有非常重要的意义。本数据能够判断生产的电机是否符合企业技术要求或有关国家标准,保证生产质量。
To ensure the stable operation of three-phase asynchronous motors in practical applications, load tests must be conducted on the motors. The test items include load current; excessive load current will cause faults such as motor overheating, winding short circuits and open circuits.
This dataset detects and calculates the load current of three-phase asynchronous motors under loaded conditions, and compares the calculated value with the enterprise's production qualification standards to determine whether the produced motors meet the enterprise's technical requirements or relevant national standards, thereby reducing the probability of motor failures and ensuring the stable and safe operation of the motors.
1. Data Collection: Randomly select prototypes from the produced three-phase asynchronous motors, label the sample serial numbers and sample names, and detect the required values.
2. Data Detection: Detect various parameters of the three-phase asynchronous motors, including motor output power P, load line voltage U, power factor cosφ, and motor transmission efficiency η.
3. Data Processing: Collect the detected data. Based on the motor transmission efficiency formula: η = P / (√3 * U * I * cosφ), the load current under loaded conditions can be easily derived as I = P / (√3 * U * cosφ * η). Compare the calculated load current with the enterprise's technical specifications. If the load current I is less than or equal to the qualified standard value, the motor product meets the enterprise's production qualification standards; otherwise, it does not.
4. Data Application: Load current testing is of great significance for the normal operation and maintenance of three-phase asynchronous motors. This dataset can be used to determine whether the produced motors meet the enterprise's technical requirements or relevant national standards, thereby ensuring production quality.
