资源简介:
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is the primary viral pathogen responsible for acute lower respiratory tract infections in infants and young children, severely endangering children's health. In recent years, substantial advancements have been achieved in the field of RSV prevention worldwide. In China, the first RSV preventive monoclonal antibody has been approved for application. Meanwhile, multiple RSV monoclonal antibodies and vaccines are on the clinical trial stage. Based on the latest domestic and international practical experience, the expert group has formulated a guidance for the use of RSV preventive monoclonal antibodies in primary medical institutions in China through comprehensive discussions. This guidance consists of six parts: overview of RSV infection, populations eligible for prevention, prevention application regimens, management of adverse reactions, follow-up management, and health education. It aims to guide the standardized application of RSV preventive monoclonal antibodies in primary care, thus improving the prevention and control effectiveness of RSV infections in children.
