Acoustic and Transcriptomic Data from Twin Pups of the Asian Particolored Bat (<i>Vespertilio sinensis</i>) under Different Rearing Conditions

The acoustic data on the development of isolation calls and echolocation calls, along with the transcriptome data of the brain and cochlea at 80 days of age, obtained from a comparative experiment on twin Asian particolored bats (Vespertilio sinensis) in a natural control group and an artificial isolation group.
