资源简介:
A series of notes on taxonomy, nomenclature, morphology and distributions of native species of vascular plants in Kyrgyzstan is presented. Anaphalis roseoalba is treated as a synonym of A. virgata; Hippolytia herderi and H. megacephala are new synonyms of H. senecionis; Hippolytia darvasica and H. schugnanica are new synonyms of H. tomentosa; Campanula capusii is a synonym of C. lehmanniana. Allium polyphyllum is the correct name for a species related to A. carolinianum, which occurs in the Tian-Shan. Hedysarum ledebourii is the correct name for the illegitimate H. neglectum. Iris sect. Cristatae has priority over Iris sect. Juno, whereas Isis is established as the correct generic name for Phaeiris. Veronica tenuissima is a superfluous replacement for V. tetraphylla. Stachys nana is proposed as a new combination for the species previously known as Hypogomphia turkestana. The illegitimate generic name Chaetolimon (Bunge) Lincz. is replaced by the new generic name Hissarolimon, for which two species-level combinations are also provided. Authorship and nomenclature are clarified or corrected for seven names; spelling is corrected for one name. Lectotypes are designated for four names. Ten species are reported as new to the country, and the presence of one species is confirmed. Two species are excluded from the flora of Kyrgyzstan, and one species is excluded from the flora of Uzbekistan. Range extensions in Kyrgyzstan are reported for seven species. Distributions in Kyrgyzstan are verified and mapped for seven species. Complete distribution ranges are mapped for four species. The IUCN conservation status of Iris austrotschatkalica is assessed as Critically Endangered because its known populations are distantly located and severely affected by land use and development. With these additions and corrections, the total number of vascular plant species in Kyrgyzstan reaches 4043.
Methods
The distributional data for vascular plants of Kyrgyzstan have originated from our original field work and collection research. The data include selected taxa that either represent new country records or have been critically revised and inventoried in the course of this study. Occurrence data are provided as documentation for each new record or revised species distribution information. The occurrence data are based on herbarium specimens and documented observations which have been taxonomically revised for this study. The information is structured and presented according to the DarwinCore format (https://dwc.tdwg.org/), using a dedicated template.
