全面提升行政服务效能，健全长效运维监管机制，加快推进国务院部门垂管系统（第一批、第二批、第三批）政务服务数据共享应用，实现福建省与国务院部门、设区市行政审批办件实时交换与业务协同，解决国务院部门垂管系统与各设区市行政服务中心办理系统互联互通、信息共享，避免市级服务中心窗口二次录入数据，优化事项业务流程。

Accelerate the sharing and application of government service data for the vertical management systems under the State Council departments (1st, 2nd and 3rd batches). Realize real-time data exchange and business collaboration among Fujian Province, the State Council departments and the administrative examination and approval services of prefecture-level cities. Address the problems of interconnection and information sharing between the vertical management systems under the State Council departments and the processing systems of administrative service centers in each prefecture-level city, avoid secondary data entry at the counters of municipal service centers, and optimize the business processes of government service items.
