This layer gives the fractures through the top of the Westphalian, as defined in the Geological 3D model of the Flemish subsurface - version 3.1. The Geological 3D model was drawn up in the framework of the management agreement of the Flemish government with VITO, under the name VLAKO, on behalf of the Flemish Environmental Planning Bureau.本图层展示了版本3.1的佛兰德斯地下地质三维模型（Geological 3D model）中所界定的威斯特伐利亚统（Westphalian）顶面断裂构造。该地质三维模型系以佛兰德斯环境规划局的名义，依据佛兰德斯政府与VITO签订的VLAKO管理协议框架编制完成。
