Three tables (#2, #4 and #5) are provided. Table 2 shows fragmented garnet data including fragment size from the Sandhill Corner fault/shear zone, Maine, USA. Table 4 provides the results of surface-area energy density and tensile strain rate calculated from the garnet data. Table 5 compares fracture surface-are energy per unit fault area using the fragmented garnet to other published studies of converted non-radiated earthquake energy.<br>
