This Ready-to-Query data is an invaluable resource that allows retailers and financial institutions to understand which features and benefits of their customer engagement strategies or loyalty programs matter most to customers. To access insights on customer engagement and satisfaction in your industry, and much more, supplement your dataset with industry-leading insights and benchmarks from Bond's Loyalty Data Append. Table Included: - Bond’s Loyalty Data Append customized based on your needs The Loyalty Data Append table is available in two tiers (Pro, Gold) which are differentiated by the level of detail. Your table can be customized for the countries and industries you operate in: 1. Countries: Canada, United States 2. Industries: automotive, department and apparel, dining and QSR, financial services, gas and convenience, grocery and pharmacy, health and beauty, high-frequency retail, low-frequency retail, mid-frequency retail, specialty retail, services, media, travel, and warehouse The Pro tier enables you to perform health checks on your loyalty program and measure customer affinity through the following fields: - Country - Region - Area (Urban/Rural) - ZIP4 / FSA - Industry Sector - Earner rates - Redeemer rates - Active rates - Average monthly discretionary spend - Customer Affinity (i.e., Satisfaction with Brand, Average Program NPS Score) - Channel Interaction (i.e., Mobile App Usage) The Gold tier includes all the benefits of the Pro tier and enables you to stay on top of year-over-year trends, enrollment trends and competitor engagement.
