TWAS uncovers lncRNAs controlling seed weight in soybean (PRJCA031929)

Using population re-sequencing data from 238 accessions and transcriptomic data from seeds at 14 and 21 days after flowering (DAF) in 238 soybean accessions, along with transcriptome-wide association studies (TWAS), expression quantitative trait locus (eQTL) analysis, and lncRNA co-expression module assessment, we systematically identified lncRNAs and their co-expression modules that regulate seed weight.
