Dataset for Transit Dosimetry and Pre-treatment QA for Deep Learning-based radiotherapy workflows
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the dataset supporting the study submitted to Physics in Medicine & Biology (PM&B). The dataset is organized to separate Transit Dosimetry data from Pre-treatment Quality Assurance (QA) data, distinguishing between processing stages (pre-processing and post-processing) and image/data types (EPID and PD). The spacing and hierarchy below illustrate the exact tree structure of the repository. ├── Readme (This file)│├── Transit Dosimetry│ ├── Pre-processing│ │ ├── EPID│ │ └── PD│ └── Post-processing│ ├── EPID│ └── PD│└── QA Pre-treatment ├── Pre-processing │ ├── EPID │ └── PD └── Post-processing ├── EPID └── PD Description of Contents Folder Content Description Transit Dosimetry Contains all transit dosimetry data (acquired with 11 phantoms). QA Pre-treatment Contains quality assurance (QA) control data performed prior to the start of patient treatment. Pre-processing Folder dedicated to raw data before scaled, normalized and resize PD and EPID images. Post-processing Contains the final processed data, ready for DL training. EPID Specific subfolder for images acquired via the EPID (Electronic Portal Imaging Device) system. PD Specific subfolder for portal dose (PD) images, from the TPS. To ensure data integrity and the correct association of image pairs (EPID and PD), we use a consistent naming convention, such as: ● EPID_{Phatom}_{FieldNumber}.npy in “Tranist Dosimetry/post-processing/EPID” directory ● PD_{Phatom}_{FieldNumber}.npy in “Tranist Dosimetry/post-processing/PD directory” ● EPID_{Phatom}_{FieldNumber}.dcm in “Tranist Dosimetry/post-processing/EPID” directory ● PD_{Phatom}_{FieldNumber}.txt in “Tranist Dosimetry/post-processing/PD directory” ● EPID_pazQA{num}.npy in “QA Pre-treatment/post-processing/EPID” directory ● PD_pazQA{num}.npy in “QA Pre-treatment/post-processing/PD directory” ● EPID_pazQA{num}.dcm in “QA Pre-treatment/post-processing/EPID” directory ● PD_pazQA{num}.txt in “QA Pre-treatment/post-processing/PD directory”
