ChIP-seq analysis of Primary cortical astrocytes harboring a single floxed Trp53 allele harvested from male and female postnatal day one pups, and transduced with mutant p53;IRES GFP followed by CRE recombinase. p53 protein was immunoprecipated from fixed whole chromatin from cells expressing one of three mutants or p53 KO control. Overall design: p53 immunoprecipitation from male and female primary mouse astroyctes expressing p53:R172H, p53:Y202C, p53:Y217C, or p53 KO. Please note that each processed data was generated from all replicates and is linked to the corresponding rep1 (or rep2 for f1_r172h) sample records.
