通过整理、分析瑞安地区2023年进场交易的企业的企业名称、成立年限、注册资本、各类型知识产权成交量、成交金额等数据,确定企业评级,将企业评级为A或B或C,评级得分可以反映企业的知识产权运营状况,A级企业为一流企业可每月1至2次与企业沟通指导,B级企业为二流企业可每季度1至2次与企业沟通指导,C级企业为三流企业可每半年1至2次与企业沟通指导,为企业的知识产权管理提出合理建议,为客户的知识产权运营开发提供有价值的指导,以帮助瑞安地区企业进行知识产权战略制定和运用转化指导,提高知识产权运用转化效率。1.数据采集:通过公司签订订单的客户数据进行收集记录,与瑞安区域内的企业运营情况进行调查统筹,对企业名称、成立年限、注册资本、各类型知识产权成交量、成交金额等数据进行采集。2.数据处理:计算得到各企业的综合得分=15*年限+注册资本+10*(发明成交金额/发明成交量+实用新型成交金额/实用新型成交量+外观设计成交金额/外观设计成交量+软著成交金额/软著成交量+商标成交金额/商标成交量),根据综合得5分运用分类法,对综合得分≥500的,则给予A评级,如综合得分在200到500区间的,则给予B评级,对综合得分≤200的,则给予C评级。3.数据应用:根据各类企业的成交金额数据,确定企业评级,为企业的知识产权管理提出合理建议,为客户的知识产权运营开发提供有价值的指导,以帮助瑞安地区企业进行知识产权战略制定和运用转化指导,提高知识产权运用转化效率。

This dataset is developed by sorting and analyzing data of enterprises that participated in trading activities in the Rui'an regional market in 2023, including enterprise names, years of establishment, registered capital, transaction volume and transaction amount of various types of intellectual property (IP). Enterprises are classified into Grade A, B or C based on the calculated rating scores, which can reflect the enterprises' intellectual property operation status. Specifically, Grade A enterprises are top-tier ones and can be contacted and guided 1 to 2 times per month; Grade B enterprises are second-tier ones and can be contacted and guided 1 to 2 times per quarter; Grade C enterprises are third-tier ones and can be contacted and guided 1 to 2 times per half year. The dataset provides reasonable suggestions for enterprise intellectual property management, offers valuable guidance for customers' intellectual property operation and development, helps enterprises in Rui'an area formulate intellectual property strategies and guide the utilization and transformation of intellectual property, so as to improve the efficiency of intellectual property utilization and transformation. 1. Data Collection: Collect and record customer data from signed orders of the company, conduct surveys and overall planning on the operating status of enterprises within the Rui'an area, and gather data such as enterprise names, years of establishment, registered capital, transaction volume and transaction amount of various types of intellectual property. 2. Data Processing: Calculate the comprehensive score of each enterprise using the following formula: Comprehensive Score = 15 × Years of Establishment + Registered Capital + 10 × (Invention Patent Transaction Amount / Invention Patent Transaction Volume + Utility Model Patent Transaction Amount / Utility Model Patent Transaction Volume + Design Patent Transaction Amount / Design Patent Transaction Volume + Software Copyright Transaction Amount / Software Copyright Transaction Volume + Trademark Transaction Amount / Trademark Transaction Volume) Then classify the enterprises based on their comprehensive scores: enterprises with a comprehensive score ≥ 500 are rated Grade A; those with a comprehensive score ranging from 200 to 500 (inclusive) are rated Grade B; and those with a comprehensive score ≤ 200 are rated Grade C. 3. Data Application: Determine the enterprise rating based on the transaction amount data of various types of enterprises, provide reasonable suggestions for enterprise intellectual property management, offer valuable guidance for customers' intellectual property operation and development, help enterprises in Rui'an area formulate intellectual property strategies and guide the utilization and transformation of intellectual property, so as to improve the efficiency of intellectual property utilization and transformation.
