CRISPR Anchor screening of a barcoded library in cells treated with standard of care neuroblastoma drugs

Neuroblastoma cells were treated with a barcoded library of >600 genes and one of several standrard of care neuroblastoma compounds (or vehicle control) Sequencing of gRNAs of each cell line treated with the barcoded library and a standard of care compound or vehicle control The sequencing data (gRNA abundance data in drug-treated cells) are analyzed with a de facto tool called MAGeCK. This tool is standard and outputs data for all measured gRNA abundances for all perturbation conditions (drug treatments in our case) for all samples.
