testis transcriptome sequencing of yellow drum

This study aims to characterize and analyze transcriptomes from Nibea albiflora. By sequencing gonad, we seek to elucidate gene expression profiles and functional annotations between male and neo-male yellow drum. Understanding these difference is crucial for physiology of sex reverse fish. The data generated will contribute to expanding transcriptomic databases, thereby enhancing our knowledge of functional difference of neo-male.
