Impact of Climate Change on Protected Area Effectiveness in the Middle and Lower Yangtze River Basin: Implications for Adaptive Management

In the *Biodiversity Hotspots* folder, I have included species distribution data obtained from the IUCN, as well as environmental data used in MegaSDM to generate baseline conditions and species richness maps under the SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 scenarios for the 2050s, 2070s, and 2090s.
In the *Conservation Gaps* folder, I have included baseline and future conservation gap maps (for the 2050s, 2070s, and 2090s under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 scenarios), which were derived by identifying areas outside protected areas where species richness exceeds the 75th percentile for each time period but falls below the low human impact (LHI) threshold.
