In the context of medical insurance scenarios, when insured citizens are discharged from hospitals, commercial insurance companies may, upon obtaining user authorization and in accordance with actual needs, query an individual's medical insurance-related data usage via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), thereby enabling instant combined settlement of social medical insurance. This eliminates the need for citizens to make repeated trips between hospitals and insurance companies to collect various documentary certificates, and realizes fast claim settlement for commercial insurance. Based on the construction of certificate-free cities, this initiative develops big data service applications that feature both "warmth and speed".
