The whole genome sequencing raw data for a patient with short bowel syndrome

This project was performed for identification of a suspected short bowel syndrome patient. We aimed to study the protential gene mutations in this patient. The whole genome sequencing was used and raw sequencing data was uploaded to SRA database.
