These files contain the 10 µm resolution Common Coordinate Framework (CCF) "template" volume and "annotation" volume, 2017 version. They are modified from the original datasets according to the code here: https://github.com/cortex-lab/allenCCF/blob/master/setup_utils.m. The code in the cortex-lab/allenCCF repository is designed to work with these files.
