Gut microbiota 16S rRNA gene sequencing data from a rat model of cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury

The aim of this project is to characterise the early alterations in the composition of the gut microbiota following cisplatin-induced acute kidney injury (AKI) in rats, and to explore the correlations between specific microbial taxa and renal function parameters. The ultimate goal is to identify potential microbiome-based biomarkers or therapeutic targets associated with AKI progression.
