The Management of Library Associations Section (MLAS) Standing Committee Meeting was held on 25 July 2024 via Zoom. The meeting was chaired by Loida Garcia Febo, MLAS Chair and was well attended with 15 MLAS Standing Committee Members and NPSIG and WILSIG Conveners present. Among the matters discussed include the following: Two new MLAS co-opted members; Updates from NP SIG and WILSIG ; IFLA 2024 General Assembly; IFLA WLIC host 2025; IFLA WLIC Review 2nd Pulse Survey; IFLA Information Futures Summit (IIFS); MLAS priorities 2024-2025; MLAS Building Strong Library Associations Initiatives; Mexican Information Global Forum; Building Strong Library Associations Mentorship Program; and MLAS Standing Committee Mid-Term Meeting 2025.
