Twelve green tea (six Maofeng teas and six Maojian teas) from different geographical origins are used in our study, including Huangshan Maofeng (HSMF), Yandang Maofeng (YDMF), Lanxi Maofeng (LXMF), Qishan Maofeng (QSMF), Meitan Maofeng (MTMF), Xinyang Maojian (XYMJ), Guilin Maojian (GLMJ), Duyun Maojian (DYMJ), Guzhang Maojian (GZMJ), and Ziyang Maojian (ZYMJ). The data is acquired by a commercial E-nose (PEN3, Airsense Analytics GmbH, Germany), with 10 MOS sensors in our laboratory.<br>

本研究共选用12款不同地理产区的绿茶样品,其中6款为毛峰茶、6款为毛尖茶,具体涵盖黄山毛峰(HSMF)、雁荡毛峰(YDMF)、兰溪毛峰(LXMF)、旗山毛峰(QSMF)、湄潭毛峰(MTMF),以及信阳毛尖(XYMJ)、桂林毛尖(GLMJ)、都匀毛尖(DYMJ)、古丈毛尖(GZMJ)与紫阳毛尖(ZYMJ)。本研究通过德国Airsense Analytics GmbH公司生产的商用电子鼻(Electronic nose,E-nose)PEN3采集实验数据,该设备搭载10个金属氧化物半导体(Metal Oxide Semiconductor,MOS)传感器,相关测试均在本实验室完成。
