Reproducibility Package: A Systematic Review of Many-Objective EA–DRL Hybrids for Endogenous Harvest Coordination in Aquaculture Supply Chains
收藏资源简介:
This package contains the complete supplementary materials and reproducibility archive for the systematic literature review "Endogenous Harvest Coordination in Aquaculture Supply Chains: A Systematic Review of Many-Objective EA–DRL Hybrids." The review asks a single structural question: across the literature on perishable supply chain optimization, has any architecture combined endogenous harvest timing, multi-pond multi-owner coordination, many-objective formulation, and bidirectional evolutionary-algorithm / deep-reinforcement-learning knowledge transfer? Screening 3,532 unique records down to 61 quality-assessed studies and 14 full-text anchors, it finds that no architecture occupies that intersection — maximum coverage is two of four dimensions — and names the empty cell as a precise research frontier for milkfish (Chanos chanos) aquaculture and for perishable supply chains more broadly. Everything needed to audit and reproduce the review is included: - PRISMA 2020 checklist and the pre-registered review protocol (v1.2)- The complete search execution log (22 cluster-database export rows) and the raw BibTeX exports (4,593 records)- The full, executable screening rubric (v3.2 PRA-PANEN) and a deterministic Python screening pipeline- The 61-paper extraction database, the Kitchenham-Charters quality-assessment scores, and the full-text reassessment of the 14 anchor papers- The inter-rater reliability worksheet (257 paired records; binary Cohen's kappa = 0.8977) and the intra-rater retest data (50 records; 92.0% binary agreement)- A reproducibility notebook that regenerates the reported per-stage counts (4,593 → 3,532 → 2,728 → 188 → 61) and the paper's reliability tables The pipeline is fully deterministic (all random operations seeded), so an independent researcher can reproduce every reported figure from the raw inputs.
