资源简介:
The accumulation of toxic and harmful gases such as H2S and CH4 caused by anaerobic fermentation of sludge during the maintenance period in the circulating water pipeline of coastal power plant poses a serious threat to the health of on-site workers and normal operation of the cooling system. An anaerobic jar system of sludge and seawater was established in this study to simulate the anaerobic environment of the circulating water pipeline during the maintenance period. The production and biosynthetic pathways of H2S and CH4 in circulating water pipeline and their correlations with microbial community structure were further studied by gases' quantitative detection, the 16S rRNA gene sequencing and metagenomic sequencing technology. This study reveals the microbial community structure that was correlated with production of H2S and CH4, and the biosynthetic pathways of H2S and CH4, and further provides theoretical support for the risk prevention and control of toxic and harmful gases generated in the circulating water pipeline of coastal power plants.
